This is the house in Venetian Village, IL that my grandfather and father built and my grandmother lived there until 1968. My father and grandfather are sitting in front of the house as they are building it. The window that they are in front of is the living room and the other windows to the left was a bedroom. There is an additional bedroom downstairs and the klitchen was directly behind the living room. There were two bedrooms upstairs. They did build a garage after the house was done. As a child growing up, I spent my summers here with my grandparents.
